The Medflora Museum Cyprus serves as a thematic museum dedicated to the medicinal flora of Cyprus. Comprising Persephone's Walk (MedGarden) and Orpheus Herbarium, it offers a unique experience to visitors.
The MedGarden, which forms the living part of the museum, provides a delightful opportunity for visitors to explore Persephone's Walk. This 20-minute meditative stroll takes them through a circular path in a vibrant garden filled with the scents and colors of over 80 medicinal herbs. The rustling of leaves, the gentle splash of water, and the melodious birdsongs enhance the experience, making it both enjoyable and inspiring.
Within the museum, the Orpheus Herbarium is an exhibition hall where visitors can view dried or resin-cast plant specimens, photographs, and fascinating information about the collection of medicinal plants.
Additionally, visitors have access to the Medea shop, which offers a wide selection of herbal remedies such as teas, herbs, tinctures, essential oils, and soaps. It also features special handmade gifts and souvenirs from the EcoBio Workshop of the Medflora Museum.
The Cyprus Museum of Natural History, nestled within the enchanting grounds of the Carlsberg Brewery, stands as a remarkable testament to the island's biodiversity and geological wonders. Under the esteemed patronage of 'The Photos Photiades Charity, Scientific and Cultural Foundation,' this museum has earned its reputation as the largest and most comprehensive natural history exhibition on the island. With a vast collection of approximately 2,500 exhibits, visitors are treated to a captivating journey through the rich tapestry of Cyprus' natural heritage.

The ground floor exhibition takes you on a journey through the history of the Cypriot forest, spanning from the Bronze Age to the British Colonial era.
Situated amidst the Municipal Gardens and its park, the charming Municipal Museum of Natural History in Larnaca features various themed collections, showcasing indigenous reptiles, insects, birds, animals, marine life, fossils, and rock formations.
The Thalassa Museum, named after the Greek word for 'sea,' serves as a modern, interactive facility housed in a multipurpose cultural center. Its primary goal is to raise awareness about Cyprus' marine heritage, spanning from prehistoric eras to the present.
